Friday 16th May

Hi Again
Had 2 trips today a full day then half day on the tide in the afternoon. Loads of little fish about Dabs, Whiting. Again had a go for some Tope using live Dab and also frozen Mackerel nothing though. Not one bite.
Not out on Saturday now giving a bit of weather so got to spend a Saturday with my family they will be happy ! Out again Sunday or Monday whichever day looks best then Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of next week. Looking forward to Tuesday, only got a few so will give Neil and I a chance to fish, Happy Days !
Will keep you all informed.
I would like to THANK all the visitors to my website, this looks like it will be the best month for my site so far.
I will keep you up dated through the week

Also had a call about taking people out diving this weekend, although I am a qualified diver it is not something I want to get into at the moment. I can however recommend Jon Aldiss at Wells Next the Sea, he has loads of experience and the boats to do it so if this is of interest then please contact him. This is his website address http://www.safety-boat-services.co.uk/

If any of you readers are coming to Wells or nearby areas and want to do some beach fishing and need some bait you can contact Alan Frary on 078808 61760 he can supply you with freshly dug Lug!

Saturday 3rd, Sunday 4th, Monday 5th May

Well hooray for May. Didn't have to cancel a single trip this weekend ! Saturday we went North East Fished about 7 or 8 wrecks about 18 miles off then went on Race bank no joy though. Headed back in and turned around on the tide for a half day trip but a lad we took was not well so had to head back in after an hour or so. So to Sunday we went about 23 miles East, Ben (our competion) fished inside the shoal we fished way out the back of it neither of us done much good a few small fish but not a lot else. So we thought Monday we would go Northwest, top of the windfarm. Picked up 5 good Roker and a Dogfish then pushed out and fished a wreck North East of Scott Patch, no joy on the wreck but all the punters went home very happy. Neil prepared all the fish on the way back in so they were ready for the pan. If i am fully booked as i am on most weekends now i will pass you onto Ben, he is a good lad and will look after you. Passed him 3 or 4 people this weekend. Working together will only benefit both of us ! Anyway we have 4 trips next weekend including a Hen (yes thats right HEN!) Party. Got a couple of things planned for the girls ! I will let you know how we get on next week

A Weekend Without Wind ?

Yes we have had a weekend without wind and were able to fulfill all of our bookings. Fished possibly 15 wrecks on Saturday the most productive being at the back of sheringham shoal. Didn't go up to Triton Knoll after a tip off from one of our mates in Wells. Found some Cod not many though. Well the competion for business is hotting up with 2 new (not new boats, just new to Wells) charter boats now at Wells. It is all good for you the customer. We will have to up our game to stay ahead of the rest ! Got plenty of trips booked from Thursday onwards next weekend so i will let you know how we get on.
